Buying a home is a very exciting time, but it can also be one filled with questions and and nerves if it is not something you have done recently or ever before. The first step is to determine why you want to do this at this time, where you want to be and the type of home you are looking for. Are you looking for a home that is move in ready, or are you more handy and looking to build equity by making large improvements? Knowing this information will help me and your lender to assess your goals.
Once we meet and discuss your goals and I get a sense of your personality and needs I will match you with one of the multiple lenders I work closely with that will be able to take your financial information and provide you with either an approval or guidance on next steps or get a loan approval. THey will need information on your income, assets, employment history and how you plan to providing the deposits and down payments for your home.
Once we have a shopping "budget" that will fit your needs. The fun begins we start touring homes and making offers. Throughout that process you will receive direct guidance from me based on the homes we are seeing and offering on. Once you have an accepted offer we will work closely with your lender on completing the transaction. You will have my support from the beginning to the end when you receive your keys and begin to move into your new home.
